Red Lobster

I came in for a quick lunch, and my server was Barbie. Barbie was genuine, and personable- all while still being professional. The food was fresh, and cooked to perfection! Also, the young man that greeted me was very respectful and helpful. Props to management for having a great atmosphere, cleanliness & great attitudes all around. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and will be back! :)

Let me start by saying that my server Victoria (Tori) made my entire dining experience great! She was attentive, and efficient. When something was wrong, she was proactive in making sure it was corrected and that we were satisfied. The 3-drink flight was nice. The only real let down was that my wife ordered her steak well done and it came with pink on the inside and left a puddle of blood on her plate. They fixed it and the rest of the meal was very enjoyable.

We used to go to Red Lobster for everyone's birthday... but I don't know if we'll ever go again. Shrimp tails all over the floor. This guy was using the booths for business calls for at least 6 hours (his words) Calamari was just drowned in sauce. My caesar salad was good. Crab fettuccine was just butter and garlic, just swimming in oil as pictured. Chewy bacon on top when I said no bacon or tomato. Our other meal was steak and seasoned broccoli but the broccoli was raw. Very disappointed, I hope this review helps someone else. Wish I had chosen somewhere else to spend $80 for my birthday.

This place gets worse every year. I used curbside because I had my young kids with me and waited so long I finally had to go inside. When I walked in, employees were just standing around while my order still wasn’t ready. I was told the biscuits weren’t done and it would be another five minutes, but it ended up being ten. Service here has been going downhill for years and it shows. Also, did the biscuit recipe change? They looked like hard dough and definitely weren’t what they used to be. At this point, it’s honestly embarrassing. If this is the level of service now, just shut it down.

It's the first time that I tried the Lobsterfest Boil and it was delicious. I highly recommend it. My wife had the Admiral platter and said it was great. The cheddar biscuits were good as always and so were the Stuffed Mushrooms. Our service was great but we forgot our servers name. Sorry about that. She was young, tall and long dark hair.
