Red Lobster

Waiter was excellent. Food was okay, lobster was a bit mushy which means it was either dead before it was cooked, or frozen and defrosted multiple times. Drinks were poured with a light hand. Decor is outdated but not the individual restaurants fault, this falls on corporate. Waited several minutes at the door before being greeted or seated. Please make sure hostess/host is where she/he needs to be

It Took Forever For The Food To Come Out Just For It To Be Overcooked & Rubbery. This Place Was Severely Understaffed When I Came Here. People Were Walking Out. I Should’ve Took Heed.

I came here with my mom and son I was craving something good When I tell you the food was horrible is was extremely disappointed I ordered the lobster tail with the steak and roasted Brussel sprouts the only thing that came out good was the lobster tail the steak was burnt and overall dry even though I asked for medium rare the potatoes were cold and they gave me Brussels sprouts there weren’t evenly cooked it was really horrible

Me and my daughter went to try the new seafood boil (Mariner). We were seated promptly. There was an incident that delayed our order being taking which wasn’t the fault of the store. Our server took our order which did not come out for a hr and 45min. I spoke with the General Manager Danielle Jones who was awesome! She checked in with the kitchen and had our order out in 15 min, she even paid for our food. The boil was really good, 9 out of 10. Danielle went above and beyond to make sure we left with a positive experience.
