Red Lobster

We came to Red Lobster on 12/28/25 it was my son 18th Birthday!! I asked our waitress Kerria could she surprise my son with a birthday desert and SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT ME!! Her service was amazing!!! Im so grateful for her and the crew members for that special moment!!

I haven’t been to Red Lobster in years, but the service from Ariel and Madison was absolutely phenomenal! They handled our large party with kindness and professionalism, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was flavorful, and the drinks were perfect! I’ll definitely be returning soon, they made the whole experience worth it!

They really have gone downhill. The coleslaw was not good...the manager claimed it was just made that day...perhaps out of old previously cut cabbage? The walts favorite shrimp are smaller than ever... even the rice pilaf was bland. The fries were over salted. I dont go here any more. But I used to go to red lobster alot. My server was blah I only saw her twice...she had 2 tables and was in the weeds....sadly there is nothing good here anymore! The coleslaw barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Bad value all around...slow service...tiny portions ...

I ordered the lobster flatbread and the Caesar salad and everything was great! My server Madi was great and we didn’t have to ask for anything. The GM Jason also came out and talked to me and he is just the sweetest! Best birthday lunch!

Maddy was absolutely great! We got our food in less than 30 mins. And it was hot and it was great! And jason was great! They made sure we left happy. Aizha sat us and was absolutely great. After this experience ill be back!
