Red Lobster

We've dined at this location numerous times in past years. It was one of my grandmother's favorite places to eat. My family of 27 sat in the large dining area to eat and celebrate her 94th birthday, in which she passed away just 3 days ago. Our dining experience was not the best. We made the most of it due to the occasion. The room was very cold, our ordering experience wasn't successful, and the food didn't taste good. The wait staff started off with one person, then due to all the challenges with getting our orders right, 3 more waitresses and the manager came to obtain our meal and drink selections a few more times. Wonderful and nostalgic experience. Reminded me of everything that I remembered about the Red lobster 🦞 from back in the day. And I was quite pleased with the restaurant as a whole. Our waitress Kai was super awesome she handled our very large party extreme professionalism. Everyone’s entrees and appetizers were delicious, well portioned, and reasonably priced. They even surprised my wife with birthday cake 🎂 and ice cream 🍨. Kudos!!! To all of the staff at the West Broad Street Red Lobster 🦞 👍🏾

Everything was so delicious and fresh! That bread that bread that breeeeaaaaddd w/ some whipped butter! This is the reason I can’t find the small of my back anymore! My waitress was amazing, she made sure I had everything I needed for my meal and assisted me w/ bagging and additional bread and butter. If you’re ever at Red Lobster on Broad Street, ask for Erin. Thank you Red Lobster, I shall return soon. I had a pineapple pina colada drink which was non-alcoholic but good. I also enjoyed shrimp scampi, seafood stuffed mushrooms that hit the spot, lobster queso dip which had lump lobster in it, seafood dip, fried butterfly shrimp 🍤. Everything was hot, fresh, and yummy in my tummy. No complaints

Decided to try out Red Lobster with new menu and branding, and I was impressed. The seafood boil bags looked very tempting, however, I stuck with the daily meal deal (Old Bay and Parmesan sauced Crablegs and they were delicious ! Also came with savory crispy potatoes and had ceasar salad as my side ($25). Bartender provided excellent service! Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our server Mecca was outstanding and made our dining pleasurable. Its been awhile since dining here, but this experience was well worth it. Menu looks good!! The improvements are perfect. Kudos to Mecca; top notch service.
