Red Lobster

We have frequented this Red Lobster numerous times. Often there is slow service, so we didn't expect anything different from that. The food is normally very good. I'm leaving a review today because our experience tonight was bad all around. 1 - Our server barely came to the table. We ended up having the hostess step up to help us, which shouldn't have to happen. So thank you Zoe for making sure we were taken care of. 2 - The food was not good. My husband's steak came out well done instead of medium and the broccoli was molded! We will probably not return after tonight's visit. It was way too expensive to be served molded food, receive no attention from our server, and the only apology for anything came from Zoe, the hostess. She saved the evening and she deserves a raise or a bonus! Tha

I had an amazing experience at Red Lobster! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-kept everything was — the floors, tables, and even the bathrooms were spotless. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick and professional. My food came out hot and fresh — the cheddar bay biscuits were as perfect as ever, and my seafood was cooked to perfection. You can really tell they take pride in both their cleanliness and their customer service. Definitely a 5-star experience — I’ll be coming back soon! 🦞✨

Came in tonight for dinner, Alexia our waitress was amazing! She kept drinks full and was very pleasant throughout the entire visit. Zoe came by and checked in on us also a couple times. They work well as a team. Can't wait to come back.

Came here tonight and I must say I’m truly impressed! Peaches greeted me with a big smile soon as I hit the doors. I asked her if she could be my server, and she said she would, But she didn’t want to step on her crews toes. That says a lot by her! She’s served me plenty of times before. I didn’t know she has become manager. I’m super proud of her. And the sky is the limit. WAY TO GO PEACHES 🍑 LOVE YOU GIRL 🫶🏻
