Red Lobster

We just had an amazing day at this Red Lobster. We worked an event here and the staff is amazing. Thank you Michelle for taking such great care of us and our clients.

Wow, what a change from the past experiences I have had at Red Lobster. We don't get there much, but just on special occasions. I had the Admirals Feast I think, and the wife did a Create Your Own. She did not get one of her selections, but she said it was fine. The Calimari appetizer was really good, as well as the salad and Cheddar Biscuits. If we would have stopped there, it would have been a pleasant visit for sure. We saw all the wait staff, except ours, as she seemed to be hiding in the Witness Protection Program. I ran out of my drink at least 3 times, and she was nowhere to be found. The other tables got good service from what we could see, at least the wait staff was attentive from what we could see. I got Mariner’s Boil with Old Bay and parmesan Flavor Extra Spicy!! It was sooo goooood!! Thank you very much for our server Jamilla to recommend us 🫶🏻

Update: tried the new seafood boil. It was very good and I received excellent service from my waiter Adam. Sat at the bar. The bartender was surly and didn't take good care of me. Caeser salad was a mess. Too many croutons & hard pieces of lettuce. Cheddar biscuits weren't warm. I only got 2 biscuits with no refill. Didn't get a lemon or wet wipe with my lobster tail. Also ordered the all-u-can eat shrimp and due to the timing of the serving, was only able to order and eat the initial 2 servings. No lemon with the fried shrimp either. Very disappointing visit considering I spent over $70.

We had an amazing waitress (Michelle Luna) and an even better time. The food was delicious, and even though it was busy, Michelle was always on top of it. Thank you so much!! (Highly recommend the chocolate wave - if you still have room that is)
