Hadn’t been to a Red Lobster in years. The menu has gotten better with a lot of great options & they do seafood in a bag now which is awesome but we were there for lunch & we both got the salmon bowl, which was delicious. Everything was great however the service was sub-par to say the least, I don’t wanna call out our server bc everybody needs a job but the service could’ve been better. We waited 25 minutes to get a water but otherwise it was a great visit.

I got the shrimp linguine and it was the best I’ve ever tasted from Red Lobster. The service was slow, but he was wonderful. Gave refills and biscuits without us having to ask for them. There is a smell of something wet when you near the hostage stand, but it fades away as you leave that area.

When my son and I walked into the restaurant, we were greeted by a very kind young gentleman who sat us at our table. I wish I would've asked him name. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. The biscuits were amazing. My son loves seafood. Shrimp, crab, lobster, oysters, you name it. Eats it regularly. So he was excited to try a place called Red Lobster. They let him pick out the lobster that he wanted to eat. All but one of the lobsters were huddled together on the left side of the tank. The one my son wanted kept fighting to stay in the tank and kept backing himself into the left corner. So they got him the very calm, easy one hanging out by himself on the right side. They brought out our food and he was ecstatic. My son dug right into the lobster starting with the claw. He got the m

I’ve not eaten in a Red Lobster in about 20-years. We recently received a $50 gift card for Christmas and decided to you it today on our way home from downtown Charleston. We were graciously greeted when we enter and seated in a booth by the front window area. It was just past 12 noon and the restaurant was not full. We were greeted by our server instantly. We did take notice before we were seated that a majority of the tables were chipped and worn. We could not hear or understand what our server was saying when we had interaction with him. We were taken back by his appearance with the clothing style and jewelry piercings. I guess this is what servers wear now in a public national chain restaurant that just came out of bankruptcy. He took our order and brought out our all you can eat sides

Red Lobster (North Charleston, SC) has made many changes recently. The changes aren’t beneficial. Meal prices are up while food quality is down. Today, I placed a pickup order. I was disappointed with the entire experience. My order contained fried fish. The fish I was given were in pieces from falling apart. Additionally, I received the incorrect side item. To make matters worse, I discovered that the tartar sauce had undergone a drastic change. No kidding, Red Lobster’s tartar sauce used to be the best out of all the seafood restaurants in Charleston. Now it is just disgusting and inedible! And, to top it off, the biscuits were burnt. Please refer to the attached images. Furthermore, items on the menu seem to be dwindling with every order placed. For example, the blue cheese dressing f
