Red Lobster

Went early on a Saturday at 5pm. Not too crowded yet. Food was hot and fresh. Biscuits were really good!

Visited the red lobster in Deptford, New Jersey for a late lunch with my son. Food was delicious and our server (Dellon P) was an absolute pleasure. We will be back!

Skeleton crew, mediocre food, dirty restroom, dirty entrance rug and windows.Restaurant needs updating and thorough cleaning. Bright spot was Lloyd our waiter who impressed us with his calm demeanor and good service. When we arrived to the Deptford Red Lobster around 1:30pm today, there was no one at the reception desk. After waiting several minutes, my husband walked over to the bar area to find someone to seat us. Lloyd, a very personable waiter, cleaned off a table and seated us. He returned quickly with menus and biscuits. After ordering our meal, we watched as Lloyd greeted people at reception, cleaned off tables, waited on tables, delivered food to tables, checked on customers and rang up checks. OMG!!!!! This was the BEST Red Lobster 🦞 visit and experience that I’ve ever had at any Red Lobster 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰!!!!! I’m from New Jersey and have been to many Red Lobster 🦞 before BUT never 😳😱🤷🏽‍♀️this one in Deptford, NJ and, it was AMAZING 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 The greeter/hostess, bartender, manager, waitress, Chef, cooks and foods were ABSOLUTELY ALL 5-STARS!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 THANK YOU Red Lobster 🦞 for the BEST dining experience for our party of 6!!!!! I’m SUPER glad we selected your restaurant to celebrate our wonderful friend’s retirement dinner 🤗🥰, we’ll be back again 🤗🥰🤫😂🤣!!!!! YES!!!!! Fresh food and great service! We were greeted upon arrival and the wait was less than 20 mins. Our server was great as he was attentive and accommodating. Fresh bread was at our table 5 mins after we sat down and our food was out shortly after we ordered. I also really appreciate the manager walking around greeting every table including mines. We had a coupon for a dessert due to points accumulated and it was applied to bill and it was a seamless transaction. We paid on the tablets at the table and left. Cons: 1. Endless Shrimp promotion is currently going on so we went for this special and the 1st thing the waiter told us once we stated that’s what we are ordering was “ We are no longer giving out to-go boxes at the end of your meal” which we felt was rude and attacking.
