Red Lobster

I had the pleasure of being served by Dominic at Red Lobster, and he truly went above and beyond. Not only did he take excellent care of us as a server, but he also impressed us with his skills behind the bar. Dominic was professional, friendly, and attentive the entire time. He made sure our drinks were perfect, our food came out just right, and that we had everything we needed without ever having to ask.

The service was horrible. Had to eat with plastic silverware because none was clean. It took 30 minutes at least to get a cup of coffee and had to remind the waitress twice. The lobster bisque was lumpy and it tasted gross. Sent it back. Said they would comp it and still tried to charge us for one. The shrimp Alfredo was dry . Had to dump our shrimp with the garlic butter to give it flavor. Bought two plain hamburgers no roll or anything and was charged 18 dollars each. This was a big disappointment for what we paid for our dinner. They need to do better for what they charge. Would have given no stars but had to give one to write this review.

Lisa is the most attentive server I’ve come across. She gives 5 star quality service. My father and I felt like royalty in her care. We love you Lisa and wish you a Happy Holiday.

Our server wences was wonderful. Very helpful in explaining the menu. I haven’t been here in a few years. New additions to the menu . I will be back

Our server Grace was very pleasant and attentive to our orders, it was my son's birthday and she brought out the cake with a candle 🕯 and helped sing birthday 🎂 song to him
