Red Lobster

I just want to express the amount of gratitude I have for this staff!! I came for my birthday and Christa was our amazing server! She went above and beyond for us! Genuinely an amazing soul, and as we were heading out she gave me this signed card from everyone! This alone made my whole birthday so special! Keep up the amazing service and great food! If you’re looking to spend any occasion here please do!! :)

Meal and drinks were delicious as always. I always stop here when I visit Clovis. Joshua at the front desk was very polite upon arrival and we were seated promptly. Tommy was our server and he was very attentive and order came out perfect. Scott, the manager is the best! He is a familiar face that I always look forward to seeing and is very personable with all of us who stop in to dine. Highly recommend this location!

The food was fresh and very tasty. Christa has been my waitress both times and she is just amazing! She’s not only a total sweetheart but soo attentive, this location is very lucky to have her! Thank you Christa! Our family will be back :)

I am not sure where to begin. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. Our food took over an hour to get to our table for a party of 5. Our waiter delivered our food and told us to enjoy our meal and walked away. He never brought any silverware to us. I had to ask three different people for silverware before it was brought to us. The food was mediocre at best and the noodles in the pasta were overcooked and mushy. The texture was very off-putting. The waiter failed to bring drinks on two separate occasions and only asked once for refills for two of us. The women's bathroom looked like someone had vomited in the sink and was partially cleaned while the other sink which looked clean did not work. Haven’t had any bad experience with Red lobster food. Each meal and cocktail hit the spot just right. I want to especially give a shoutout to Christa (sorry if I spelt it wrong) we’ve had her for two dining sessions in a row. The first time was Valentine’s Day and she remembered us the second time which surprised us. She was really attentive, transparent and an amazing hostess. She really had away of making her guests feel special. If you a reading this, Crista, keep up the good work. Sincerely, the Aussie gal and her hubby
