Red Lobster

Went for lunch. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. Had to ask the waitress for the bread twice. Had to ask for sulverware and napkins. I'm going to chalk it up to her having a long day. The lobster bisque was so watered down and salty-I couldn't eat it. My food look like they just threw it on the plate. My daughter ordered shrimp Alfredo. She said the sauce was also watered down and bland. The only thing we truly liked was the lobster dip. Just expected a little better food and service for their new price increase, but nope. I guess the Red Lobster I remember as a child is gone.

This place was phenomenal for a night dinner! Our server Nicole was phenomenal! Customer service was top-tier. We were always greeted and always checked on. Food was hot fresh and me and mine enjoyed ourselves tonight for a wonderful date night!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Red Lobster, made exceptional by the outstanding staff. Our server, Dee Dee, was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail of our meal was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times and made us feel genuinely cared for. The drinks were equally impressive. Ken, the bartender, crafted flavorful, well-balanced cocktails that added an extra touch of enjoyment to the evening. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. What really stood out was Carla, the manager, who took the time to make rounds and personally check on guests. Her presence showed strong leadership and a true commitment to excellent service. ⭐️ 1 Star — Absolute Disaster of a Dinner I truly don’t know where to begin. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First, our drinks were never refilled. Empty glasses sat on the table while staff stood in the corner talking and laughing—and keep in mind, there were only TWO tables in the entire restaurant. No rush. No excuse. Then came the steak. It was cooked wrong and undercooked, sent back, and what should take 7 minutes MAX for a medium-rare steak turned into 45 minutes and counting for a remake. We were sitting there with empty drinks, dirty tables around us, and no updates whatsoever. Speaking of dirty tables: Every table near us stayed dirty for at least 40 minutes. Birthday celebration for myself with my mom and son. As appetizer we enjoyed the crab quest with tortilla chips. My son created his own meal kids mac and cheese with fries and side of popcorn shrimp definitely enjoyed it all. My mom had the flounder with baked potato and asparagus I had the Mariners seafood boil. The boil wasn't to my liking the sausage was very spicy. Overall the experience was good our waitress was okay could have come to check in more. I also enjoyed a refreshing Spritzer off the new drink menu. Over all would love to return with a more positive experience
