Red Lobster

Our waitress Jamie was exceptional and so sweet. Literally the best waitress ever. The food was perfect. The room they set up for our party had my kiddos favorite colored balloons hanging up and a small cute cake table for his cake with a personalized sign. The manager was super sweet and accommodating with our needs. Red Lobster, you did amazing! Thank you so very much for amazing service and hospitality!

I recently placed a to-go order for a dozen of Red Lobster’s famous cheddar bay biscuits from the East York location to accompany our home-cooked meal, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Manager Kat personally handled the order with genuine professionalism and warmth — she made sure everything was packaged fresh, perfectly timed for pickup, and ready exactly as promised. The biscuits were golden, fluffy, and every bit as perfect as when dining in. What stood out most was Kat’s attention to detail and her hospitality even for a simple to-go order. A group of 6 of us from Church stopped in for lunch last week, I’ve never eaten lunch at this Red Lobster, let alone any other. We order lunch platter seafood specials, soup and salad, entrees and yep, a burger in a seafood joint. As expected, the food was restaurant quality that was adequate from a serving perspective. Food was cooked properly and tasted good. Our server was attentive and courteous in spite of some older gents “hearing”. All in all, Red Lovster got a thumbs up!

Always loved the coconut shrimp from red lobster. On a recent visit I was so disappointed to see that they changed the recipe for the piña colada sauce. The new sauce is terrible. It has very little flavor. Why do they have to go and change a perfectly good thing? Also, I did not order a salad because they did not have our most common French or thousand island dressing. Dressings that are so common and yet you could not get it. Red lobster needs to do better or they will be gone like some of the other restaurants. The biscuits were good as usual though.

I took my 9 yo son for lunch to Red Lobster and our hostess was also our waitress because of short staffing. Madison was very polite and kept checking on us to ensure we had what we needed. Our food was great and she handled the stress of other not so patient diners very well. And my 9 yo was thrilled when Madison told him they had slushies on the menu. We will be returning to this location. Madison deserves a raise for her great service!
