Red Lobster

This seafood boil was amazing! And at such an amazing price. I will say Logan was an incredible server. I would come back just for the service we received. He explained the menu and gave us awesome recommendations. He also took his take and was patient with us when explaining the spice levels. Overall 10/10 service! Lucky to have him!!

Food was fresh, hot and one of the best spots for red lobster that we've been to strictly in terms of food. The service here is the slowest I've seen from any Red lobster I've been to prepare accordingly. The atmosphere feels old and outdated, not a big deal because the food was solid. I feel like service could've been a little better like when a server asked a table behind us if there was any special occasion, and it was more blunt and straightforward for us. Not terrible but timing is something that needs to be worked on.

Food as always was excellent, and our server Jose was the nicest must caring server we've had in a long time, your so lucky to have him on your staff, awesome job everyone.

I was visiting from Marquette Michigan where I work at a red lobster! My one request for the trip was to go to a local red lobster. (Can’t get away from the place; nor would I want to!) Our server - I wasn’t able to catch her name, was PHENOMENAL! She was engaging and interacting even though she was super busy. (Mini rush!) I was pleased with her quick service and her ability to be personable. The food was amazing. I got my favorite - the Bairdi crab your way, old pay parm flavor. It was steamed to perfection, and the sauce was just so flavorful. The crispy potatoes were just crunchy enough and the right amount of salt to cut through the rich sauce. Honestly food was amazing! But we walked in to no one. No host bartender or server.. which I work in restaurants and I get that. But we sat at the bar top for 10min seeing no one. Since I am in the industry I like to be in and out of places. I spend enough of my life inside those places. Typically me n my boyfriend are in and out in 45mins. It took me 30mins to get my water and my drink. 1hr till our food hit. Not a kitchen problem but the bartender was maybe busy or just hanging out idk. It was my birthday and I typically don’t say anything but this was horrible… Also a DoorDash guy showed up and was patiently waiting at the front for a good 10mins. No one was at the front.
