Red Lobster

Definitely isn’t what it used to be and overpriced..seemed to be more of an inconvenience to the individual whom brought out our food.. our waitress seen our meal was just left in bag for us to figure it out so she came back to make it more like red lobster use to be with service.. wish it would have been a better experience after finding out I have cancer!

Just mediocre all around. Service wasn't good, once the salads were delivered the waitress did not come back except to drop off food, did not check for refills and was not around to be asked for anything. If they had been busy I would've understood but there were maybe 4 other tables in the entire restaurant. The food was not great. The salad was bland and the chicken on the chicken Alfredo was caked in an overpowering seasoning that ruined the Alfredo sauce. I like seasoning but when it turns the whole sauce red maybe cool off on it some. My fiancé's crab was good and the biscuits are famous for a reason but everything else needed improvement. Not worth the price

Will not be back . Way overpriced for microwave food . It all tasted microwaved . . The girl that seated us after waiting half hour told us she called . That never happened then she was more worried with her looks than customers. Our waiter was so busy with everyone that he dint have time for us . My daughter was gonna get a smoothie to go which he said he would get but then gave me my change back said have a nice day a was gone . The decor screams long John silvers .and the food tasted like it just came out of a microwave . And the meat was outside the lobster tail ! That’s the best part . Being able to snap that tail and get your meat which makes me wonder . Is it even real lobster meat ? My son found cigarette butts in the booths which are very small and crams u in . And I got the shrim

We had reservations at 5:45 and was seated at 6…ill talks that since they were extremely busy and thought 2 hours until the movie….plenty of time…nope..not to be…I can’t review the food because after 1:45 minutes sitting at our table we had to leave without having dinner. Rolls and salad were good. The server, who was very attentive and nice comped that…we will come back and ask for the same server to reward her for busting it out all night…to the managers, FOH and BOH…do better!

Planed a nice valentines dinner with my fiancé! First Valentine’s Day dinner without kids in a long while. Made a reservation for. 6:30. Arrived a few mins before. The parking lot was completely packed. No spots so we had to park in the business next door. Was told after checking in that our wait would only be 20 mins (which was perfectly fine for a busy day) we watched multiple couples leave because of a long wait time with a reservation. One guy mentioned he waited an hour to get seated as well as a hour for cold food. We waiting around an hour before asking the lady at the check in how much longer she showed us a list of a good 15-20 reservations BEFORE ours! Said it could be another HOUR wait! This is utterly ridiculous if you have a reservation. We left. Highly upset we wasted a baby
