Fantastic Group Dining Experience at Red Lobster! Our group of four families gathered here to celebrate a special occasion after a long time. Even though my family arrived a bit late, the others had already secured a spacious and quiet spot. While the overall lighting felt a bit dim, the guests of honor sat directly under the lights, so it worked out perfectly for us. I’ve always been curious about this place while passing by. As soon as we entered, we saw a large tank with lively, fresh lobsters! It brought back memories of a lobster festival in Long Beach about 20 years ago—I hadn't found a place that fresh since then, but Red Lobster was the answer. Came and sat, ordered right away, waitress was super sweet at first. A family was sat right next to us. You’d think they were famous the waitress was bending over backwards for them! They sat after us, we ordered before them, they got their food before us (they ordered the boil my son did so it’s not like our order was more complicated) then complained so then she bent more backwards and got a discount it was just ridiculous. We sat forever without any drinks - the food was delicious but the service 👎🏼👎🏼

We had the most wonderful post-Christmas lunch at the Red Lobster in Victorville. This is my 90-year-old father’s favorite place to eat — he absolutely loves the lobster and coconut shrimp — so this visit meant a great deal to us. I cannot say enough good things about our server, Lisa. She was attentive, kind, patient, and genuinely warm, with the most beautiful smile. Her customer service was truly exceptional — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had anywhere! She made us feel so cared for and treated my father with such sweetness and respect. The manager, Arron, also went above and beyond. His kindness and attention made our experience even more special, and it was clear that both he and Lisa truly care about their guests. First time coming to this particular Red Lobster, and it was the best I've ever been to. Their food was fresh, the place was clean, the service was amazing, and as a whole the entire experience was great. I recommend this red lobster to anybody who's never visited. The place was moderately loud because there were a couple of big parties that had children in them. So the kids were making noise, as kids tend to do. Not a huge bother though.

Went to this location recently.. Food wasn’t hot or flavorful, tough ends on my asparagus and service wasn’t good. Our waitress was lackluster and you can tell she didn’t want to be at work. We never not tip so she got her tip.. but she needs to touch up on her waitress skills. I wish I remembered her name. It was like Rebecca or something common like that. Our tab was over $100. So we expected more. The Brussels sprouts, Cheddar Bay Biscuits and cocktail was good.. but service is everything and cold seafood and steak is the worst. That’s the reason for 2 stars. I won’t say I won’t return to Red Lobster because I probably will, it just won’t be this location. I’ve been to Red Lobster many times and they’ve done a great job at other locations so I’m not giving up on them.
