Sooo rude. I’ve been coming here for years, and I’m honestly disappointed. The downfall of this place is just sad. I will not be coming back. There is a young white girl with black hair behind the counter who is absolutely the most vile person I have ever met in my life. Every time I’ve come in she has an attitude, as if I’m bothering her. Girl this is YOUR job. If you don’t like it find a new one. As someone who works in the food industry and is a manager I would NEVER speak to a customer the way she spoke to me. I would be embarrassed if my staff acted this way. The place needs a new staff or it should be closed down. Whoever runs this business should be embarrassed.

close at 8p but walk in at 7:30p and an told juice machine has already been cleaned so I can’t have one. you don’t close at 8p then. bad service and always act like it’s a chore.

Didn’t attend properly messed up my order after paying extra . He always has his headphones and never does my order properly.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years. Was excited to treat myself to some fro-yo. Was super sad to see this slop being prepared for me behind the counter. I expected the yogurt to be frozen but this was partially melted and the lid being put on top is a soda cup lid. The soda cup lid did not effectively contain the yogurt and it spilled out the sides and melted into the bag by the time I got home. I was expecting to receive a regular dome shaped plastic lid. They told me I can only have that if I order a medium or a large size yogurt. Cutting costs is compromising quality. I will not be back.
