Red Owl Coffee Company

i recently visited Red Owl Coffee Co at 4100 N Valdosta Rd, in Valdosta, GA. This business is in a church facility. Parking was easy and easy access to get coffee. I was second in line but it didn't take long to get served. I ordered my coffee and a muffin. My order was promptly filled and I was able to eat in the lobby area. It was very good.

I contacted Red Owl on N. Valdosta Rd on a Thursday to put in a pick up order for Saturday, because it was very close to my home. I requested two boxes of coffee with all the fixings. Except, I didn't know they aren't open on Saturdays. But when they learned it was for my Dad's funeral reception, they made an exception. Red Owl offered to go in for the sole purpose of preparing my pick up order that day. Thank you so much. I cannot express how grateful and appreciative my entire family was. And the coffee was delicious and very much enjoyed.

My first time trying this place. I was excited to try this place and I hoped it would be somewhere I would go often, but now I feel that is not the case. I ordered a Maple Owl Latte that is supposed to have sweet maple flavor and caramel drizzle. As you can see from my picture, they gave me NO caramel drizzle, and the coffee was bland and flavorless. No maple flavor and no caramel, just bland unsweetened coffee and milk that tasted watered down. I spent 7$ on this and my money was wasted. I could not enjoy this bland drink and ended up throwing it away. Even though Starbucks is farther away, I’ll have to continue making the drive over there instead.

We were traveling up 75 and stopped for a quick coffee. The church next door was having service and had all entrances blocked with cones. My mom is handicapped and so we pulled by the cones to drop her off in front and park. Two people from the church came out and told us we couldn’t pass by the cones because of children coming out after the service. We explained our situation, our mother couldn’t walk any distance and could we just run in and grab a coffee. They said no! I don’t know if the church owns this Red Owl location but their attitude was very unchristian-like. When trying to live your life like Christ, in my opinion, one should have a helping attitude. We won’t be back.

Hands down the most amazing and friendly staff! Food is beyond great. The Hoot energy drinks are the best I have ever had. The peach one is unreal how delicious it is! The store is beautiful and just an overall amazing experience!
