Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It is always a great experience. From the moment you step in until the moment you exit. Great food!!! Amazing staff. Awesome atmosphere. Beautiful decor. Love this place!

Let me first start by giving a huge shout out to our server, Cara! She is an absolute saint! We, unfortunately, watched the kitchen let the serving staff down table after table. As for the food, I don't even know where to begin. Two of our well done burgers were under cooked. My medium burger was rare. The onion rings we received looked as if they were fried in weeks old frying oil and were socked in grease with a weird taste. The only thing that was edible was the queso. Oh. And when I received my plate, photo below, it looked as if I got the scraps of the fry bag. I hate doing reviews like this, but something should obviously be re-evaluate starting with the kitchen.

My son's hockey team stopped here for lunch in between games, and I was impressed with how well the restaurant handled approximately 35-40 people coming in without a reservation. Initially, it took some time to figure out how to get us seated, which was not unexpected, but even once we were seated, the staff provided great service. The only downfall was that their heat was not working, so we were quite cold. The food was exactly as expected. Thank you for accommodating us!

Wonderful staff, very clean restaurant, temperate and sound levels were great in the dining room. Apps and drinks were amazing. Burger patty itself was super greasy and fell apart in the bun, like, grease soaked through the bun and everything just crumble. Grease aside though it really did taste great, I just wish they would have soaked some of the grease off before they put it on the bun

Busy, expensive, upgraded burger joint. While the food was delicious, the price added up very quickly for my family of four. I was taken back a bit from the $100+ bill at the end. I mean, we only ordered four burger meals, a small appetizer and one (very tiny) dessert-yikes! Two kids and two adults. Definitely NOT a place we will take the family again, but we may visit on a date night.
