Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had a fantastic time at Red Robin! The food was delicious — the burgers were juicy, fresh, and cooked perfectly to order. The bottomless fries are always a win, and the seasoning is addictive. The restaurant was clean and had a fun, relaxed vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable. Our server was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed. It’s clear the staff really care about providing great service.

Had a wonderful dinner here tonight around 8:30 and just had to leave a review. The service was absolutely fantastic — our waitress was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome the whole time. You can tell when someone actually cares about making your night a good one, and she really did. I had the teriyaki chicken with bottomless sweet potato fries and everything was so fresh and delicious. The fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and my meal was exactly what I was hoping for. We never felt rushed, our drinks were always refilled, and everything came out just right. Big thank you to the team tonight — great food, great service, and a really pleasant atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

Came to Red Robin for dinner with my family, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was for a chain burger place. I didn't have high expectations going in, but our server was incredibly nice, and she was apologetic for the slowness of our food coming out - which we didn't mind because we were enjoying our conversations. All of our food came out and was hot, fresh, and didn't look like it was sitting under a heat lamp. The location is very convenient to get to, the parking lot is well lit, and everything was well maintained.

Tried giving this location another chance after a poor experience last year, but unfortunately, not much has improved. We waited over 30 minutes for two burgers and chicken tenders, even though the restaurant was only half full and we were seated right away. Onion rings came out cold, and the plates looked dirty and still wet from the dishwasher. Our waitress was kind, but clearly stretched too thin with too many tables. Overall, still slow service and disappointing food quality.

First time here and had a great experience for the most part. My ragin’ cajun chicken sandwich was delicious and so were the onion rings. My husband got a burger and said it was good. Fries and chips were pretty good too. Service was a little slow, but not bad. Waitress was sweet. Plan to try the one back home in Charlotte with the family soon.
