Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I had a wonderful experience, my daughter and I, thanks to Tashina H. She went above and beyond to make sure my table and the surrounding floor area were clean after I mentioned it needed attention. She was very kind, professional, and took care of everything with such a positive attitude and no hesitation. I thought she was going to be my server, which is the reason I asked her to clean the table and floor. She was so attentive, she wasn't even my server. Great customer service like hers truly makes a difference, and I really appreciated her effort. Upon leaving, I asked her how I would leave her a tip for her service, because I was using my credit card. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to take a tip from me, considering she wasn't my server. I would not recommend this location. We had a few issues with our food, we informed the manager. We told him the vegetables had black spots, the lettuce in the salad were brown, the batter for the shrimp wasnt done...He offered us milkshakes, but I wouldn't go back or recommend to others. No issues with the waiter or atmosphere, but the food wasnt good.

I am a super fan of that place, have been to that very same location multiple times and to other locations as well... Never disappointed... Great tasting food... The preparation, the service, the sauces... Everything checks out in a positive manner.

If you want a burger (or pizza or salad or drinks or appetizers or more), Red Robin is a solid bet on a place to go to get something yummy. Everything looks great, and I've always enjoyed whatever burger I get. My kids enjoyed their corn dogs, and the drinks and bottomless fries are great

3/5. Decided to come here with a friend after not having been to Red Robin in a while. I remember their burgers being pretty good a while ago, so I thought the same when I went here. The Food: My go to burger here is the Black & Blue burger. Basically just a burger with blue cheese crumbles. The burger was cooked nicely to the heat I asked for. However it lacked a little flavor and juiciness I remember. The bottomless fries kind of made up for the meal. The Service: Service wasn't that great here. The staff were friendly, but weren't attentive at all. Even with not a lot of people at our section. Water refills weren't tended too and we barely saw our waiter.
