Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My boyfriend and I usually frequent this location and the Federal Way Red Robin has been my family's go to, especially their old location. The service here is usually pretty good, the food here has always been on point, the drinks have definitely gone down (don't think it's the staff either, I think Red Robin's in general has watered down their freckled drinks as I noticed all locations taste the same and not as flavorful). I'm surprised I haven't left a review yet but I can say it is consistently a perfect five stars each time. Got in the bar on Valentine's Day around 4 pm. Was busy, 7/8th's full, and time to getting noticed was a little slow. Food ordered and waited a reasonable amount of time to get it. Small onion ring tower and two burgers with fries. Burgers on point, so was the o-rings, but the fries not so much. Could have complained, but was pretty busy, server not around much, and by the time she came back to check on us we were done. Notice I didn't flame them in the star rating... Busy day, we got in right away, but I think that contributed to our meal not being as good as this place usually is. We'll be back, but expect better next time.

Huge shout out to Ivy for taking care of us before closing! After a long day she still aced serving us! Please give her a pay raise and a months paid vacation! The food came out fresh and hot even an hour before closing, surpassing my expectations. I even think Ivy brewed a fresh batch of ice tea for us! Perfect service amazing food and amazing location! Once again Red Robins staff hits a grand slam! Ps .. those were baskets of fries I ate.. endless sweet endless fries!

Dinner at 6 p.m. on a Saturday night. They were busy and we had a reasonable 10 minute wait before we were seated. We were already to order when the server came by to get our drink order so we ordered up everything. I tried ordering chili as an appetizer but it's not on the menu. I think that would be a great addition. Dinner came quickly and it did not disappoint. I had the Scorpion burger with bottomless fries with tartar sauce. The burger came with pepper jack cheese, crispy jalapenos, pickles, hot rings, lettuce, tomatos and garlic aioli sauce. It was delicious. My wife had Red's double tavern burger and fries. Her burger came with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and a special sauce. My sister-in-law had the boneless chicken bites with Scorpion sauce. These are all white meat crisp

Came in for a late lunch early dinner. They were in between shifts so had to wait a few minutes. Once at our table server took care us very well. Meal was very enjoyable and well prepared. Great job - onion ring tower meal in itself, southern charm burger excellent, the works pizza very good. 👍
