Man we use to love this place but the food quality has gone way way down. It is dead here for dinner at 6pm. I have to comment on that microwave broccoli slathered in canned garlic like other reviews. Take it off the menu guys!! It is horrible. My chicken sandwich wasn’t what it use to be. I also see a $2.99 entertainment fee on my check? For what? We just used the kiosk to pay?! Heads up people check your bill! This sucks! Make it better guys!

’m so glad I gave this Red Robin another try! My previous visit was pretty rough—the tables were sticky, dishes weren’t being cleared, and the food wasn't cooked right. ​I decided to come back today after a long break, and I don't know what changed, but it was definitely for the better. This time, everything was perfectly clean, the food was great, and the service was excellent. Whatever they are doing differently now is working. I’m happy to have this spot back in my rotation!

I grew up in a country where gourmet burgers just weren't a thing back then. The only burgers I knew were the big chain fast food places you see everywhere. When I moved to the USA, someone told me I had to try Red Robin. Right away, I noticed how different they were from what I was used to. The price was obviously higher, but the taste? That was the big thing. I always get the Banzai Burger when I go to Red Robin. Seriously, try it.

Another thing we’ve noticed is that the people greeting guests sometimes seem unhappy or reserved, which is a bit confusing for a greeter and doesn’t always set the best first impression.
