Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My husband and I were in the area, and traffic was bad, so we decided to stop in for dinner to allow traffic to clear up. Aubrey was our server. We were seated immediately. We both ordered the bottomless root beer floats they offer on Mondays for $4. I ordered a medium bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce with fries. My husband ordered a medium whiskey river BBQ burger with no lettuce or tomatoes and fries. Bith burgers were flavorful and juicy. My burger was cooked to perfection! My husband's was a bit overcooked, and his onion straws were very difficult to bite through and not crispy. Aubrey was quick to get a new burger for him, which was much better the second time around. Bottomless garlic Parmesan fries 🍟 need I say more? I’m literally addicted and may need to join a support group. Burgers are juicy and delicious and drinks are fun with tons of options to choose from. They use the kiosks at the table and it’s fun for the kids as they have balloons and crayons 🖍️ for the little people. Such a family friendly place!

The place was busy but it was surprisingly quick for how busy it was. The wait was about 30 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and never left without fries or our drinks topped off. The burgers are just too notch and perfect. I did ask for medium rare, and another person asked for there's well done, and another medium well, but all of burgers were basically the same color, so I'm not sure if it matters what you order. I've basically tried every burger from them over the years and can say they're all delicious.

Seated right away. Server was attentive, made many passes, kept our drinks full. Food was served quickly with a full house. Our food was served hot and the order was correct. Gluten-free bun was grilled and tasty. Had to request more fries at one point but they kept coming afterward. Minus on star because the bill came with a game charge and the kiosk at our table was not used, so keep an eye on your bill. Otherwise good experience and will return.

Really good burgers and tons of options and combinations. Fries are a bit salty. Onion rings are great. Desserts are really good and so are the adult beverages. Pricing is fair and the food and seating wait is short.
