Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I wish they were able to make a NO PINk burger because these taste raw to me and they do it to me every time!!! Ugh UPDATE: I did call customer support and they told me that the store doesn't see "pink" or "no pink" for your order for online orders. This is so important! Solution: call after placing your order and let them know how you want your burger cooked (if you have a preference). I have been craving a burger again and will be giving this a try soon! I will update if it worked. First time coming to a Red Robin’s and probably the last one. The place was pack with servers almost no costumers and they took 10 minutes to get us a table. Once in the table NOONE came!!!! Everyone was having fun on the kitchen or away from the 4 tables there

I had a burger with bacon and egg on it. The flavor was delicious and the price was good. I also tried one of their shakes and enjoyed that thoroughly. The service was a little slow, but it could have been the day, since I was there with a group on Christmas Eve. Overall it was a good experience and the atmosphere was great for a larger family/group where some of the kids are a little noisy.

We have been going to Red Robin for years, and this was a rare less than happy experience. Red Robin is almost always loud, but this Friday night was too loud. There was a dentist tool like sound coming from the bar area, not sure if it was a milkshake maker...but yikes it was noticeable. When the table next to us was being bussed, the plate clanking and noise of the people cleaning the table was louder than we have ever heard. Floors in the restaurant and women's restroom were sticky. Our server Rick was nice, but he spilled some of the beer as he was placing it on our table and did not clean it up. He said that our Blue Moon draft did not have the usual orange on it (what's a Blue Moon with no orange?) because there were no oranges cut. The bottomless fries took longer than usual
