Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Stopped by with my Mom for a nice lunch together, and got greeted + seated quickly. Lunch was delish with fresh and hot chicken sandwiches (which were large!), fries, and tasty cinnamon doh! rings. Super kind staff and quick service that didn't feel rushed.

Our food tasted great. We got everything we ordered in a decent amount of time. What gives them 5 starts was we left without our left overs. We got a couple minutes down the road and turned around. Of course our table was cleared before we got back. The manager Ruthie quickly had our left overs remade for us to go. It was our fault for leaving them but she took care of us. Honestly, I paid $10 for a drink, decent sized burger, and bottomless French fries. That beats fast food any day.

Horrible service is an understatement. Hey Red Robin!! If you advertise endless fries maybe make enough so you can supply just that. ENDLESS!!. Asked useless waiter and he was like a robot with his response “I asked at the window sorry”. Literally took 1.5 hours for chicken fingers and a cheeseburger. Oh and I almost forgot. Tell your bus boys bending over with there crack out isn’t the best for a restaurant..The owner of this location should be ashamed of themselves. I can only hope that the hard working people spend their money and restaurants who actually deserve it. Shame on you!!

Once again terrible service from this location. My burger was served burnt to a crisp. The server was nice but whoever prepared the food should be ashamed of themselves for trying to serve such garbage to a customer. My food was remade and tasted good but this location has been consistently sub par. I will go elsewhere in the future. Not a good choice. We had the worst dining experience we have ever had at Red Robin. The server was inattentive. Didn't check on our table for long periods of time. Had to get someone else to send our server to the table to refill our drinks. Our food was served cold. We got about ten fries on each plate. We ordered refills for our fries but they never made it to our table. I didn't see anyone who resembled a manager to complain to about the terri

Tonight we arrived at 8:10 pm - closing was not til 10. When we asked for a table of 5 one of staff responded with Damn ! He was apparently annoyed cause he wanted to leave . Once we were seated this same staff person circled the table multiple times. He then proceeded to vacuum the whole area while we were eating appetizers. He said the quicker he vacuums the quicker he is out of there. I understand if it was close to closing but closing was technically an hour and a half a way . The food came and fries were freezing . I really never post negative reviews but others should be aware of what to expect .
