Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Haven’t been to Red Robin in ages, but stopped today in with my husband before doing some shopping at the mall. Our waitress, Samantha/Sam, was awesome in so many ways! She let us know that we get a free appetizer if we join the rewards program, which we did. The manager also brought us a complimentary side of fries with ranch and a delicious campfire sauce as a thank you for coming in. We got the pretzel bites with beer cheese, the Mad Love burger, and the bacon cheeseburger with garlic fries. Everything was so tasty and perfect, and the sides are bottomless/interchangeable! The everything Caesar salad was great & my Pop Pop Fizz cocktail was the perfect combo of sweet & tart, with a prosecco sidecar to top it off! The new A1 burger is a great taste combo however the 2 of the 3 baskets of fries I consumed where cold when they hit the table and the service is the worst I've seen at any Red Robin Location ever. I asked for a refill on my Sweet Tea and it actually took 12 minutes to get it to the bar. Love the atmosphere, minus the football and having to search for ketchup as well as getting my own napkins.

It’s been a while since we’ve visited Red Robin, and overall it was a good experience. The Brussels sprouts were my least favorite — they didn’t have much flavor. The queso burger was fresh and decent, but the garlic fries really stood out, they were delicious. The cocktails were tasty as well. Service was great; our server was attentive and friendly, and we were seated right away with no wait.

Enjoyable experience overall, I had a good lunch with my grandma. The service was good but the atmosphere was a bit off. Always a fan of getting the Royal Red burger!

Our server was very helpful and polite also kept the drinks full. The food was great and the Manger was very nice and takes pride in her work.
