Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This used to be an amazing place in the first place. Over time it’s lost its essence. I ordered fries and a chicken burger and my wife ordered a black bean burger. The fries were floating in oil and also the burger was tasteless and oily. Looks like the chef/cook has no experience with cooking. They thought if I add more oil to anything it might taste good. Food was horrible please go somewhere else.

The last time I came, I said I wouldn't return because of the terrible service I received. However, after many months, I decided to give them a second chance. Today, Noah, a super friendly and attentive young man, served us. I would definitely return without hesitation because of employees like Noah. The service was excellent; my drinks were always refilled, and he was always in good spirits. The food arrived exactly as we ordered, and everything was delicious. Thank you Noah for your enthusiasm and excellent service.

We went 02/22/2026 and we had Noah as our server. He was very attentive to our table and came over often enough to check if we needed anything else. The food was also freshly made so it was quite good to me. The area wasn't that noisy but definitely comfortable in ambiance. Noah helped make our son's birthday special.

Rather disappointed in this location. First off, inside was extremely cold. The food was nothing to brag about either, sides were minimal (maybe 10 fries and 4-5 broccoli florets). Asked for seconds on the bottomless side, they never got delivered. The salmon was tiny, the ribs full of fat and undercooked. They also said they are out of clean steak knives and I had to eat the ribs with a tiny plastic knife (it wasn't even busy, unsure how they ran out of clean knives). Overall disappointed, likely won't revisit this location. Attending staff was nice at least, about the only positive.

Awesome burgers! Great service! Very nostalgic spot! Always a good spot for a quick bite!
