Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Visiting this place for the first time turned out to be a great experience. The team made us feel welcome right away and paid close attention to our needs. Ordering was easy, and the food arrived quickly at our table. Each dish was prepared just right and tasted amazing. It was an enjoyable visit that easily deserves five stars.

My food was terrible. I've eaten the same burger for years. Although, it's been about 2 years since I've indulged. The quality has diminished substantially. My burger was brought to me with a cold bun...refrigerator cold and hard. I sent it back for a warm bun. However, even with that...the food was tasteless, and down right nasty. I was so disgusted. I won't even start on the fries. The service was ok, but twice appetizers were served without plates for a party of four. Why, do I have to ask for plates? In all of my 30 plus years of enjoying eating at this restaurant, I have never ever experienced anything like this. I will never return...never. We had such a great experience! Our server, Elvis, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive and seemed to know what we needed before we even had to ask—drink refills, extra fries, napkins, everything was already taken care of. What made our visit even more special was that he took the time to draw a quick sketch of our little girl and gave it to us. It was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture that truly made our day. There’s just something about Red Robin that screams nostalgia. I mean, onion rings stacked into a tower? Iconic. Fries that are actually seasoned? Groundbreaking. And don’t even get me started on the sweet potato fries—mouthwatering doesn’t even cover it. Honestly, this is the place you hit up when the craving for crispy fries and a burger takes over. Oh, and the campfire sauce (or whatever it's called)? It’s basically liquid gold. Pictured is the very delicious scorpion burger. Don't worry, it's not THAT spicy. You can handle the heat.

Came here after a day of shopping at Ontario Mills. Met up with my cousin and his family. There was plenty of parking that is shared with other restaurants. When we arrived the place was bustling and we had to wait about 10 to 20 minutes for a table. The family always enjoys coming to a Red Robin's and this one was pretty good. The server brought three platter of fries with dip for the table to share. It was great to munch on something while waiting for our mains. I ordered the Gourmet Cheesburger with coleslaw and my wife had the Sauteed 'Shroom with yam fries and we shared. My son had his usual mac n cheese and my daughter had a smaller size burger with caesar salad. The food was really good and the family enjoyed multiple orders of sides (unlimited sides included).
