Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The best!!!! My son and I love it so much! I love salmon and they have 4 kinds! Jojo is the best waitress! Mike the Manager is nice! The brownie dessert is amazing! We love it here!!!

Not really sure what is going on here at Red Robin, whether it's this particular location or all of them are sub-par now?? I have been to a ton of locations in CA, in other states, in NJ. Granted the last time I went to one was pre-Covid, but this was the worst. Is it just how it is now?? The food quality was absolutely unacceptable for the 2026 prices. I don't remember the salads being stale, with bad lettuce just thrown in. Burgers were flat and looked like they came from McDonald's. And the service (not sure if this is actually the server's fault, he was a lovely person) was appalling. Best burger place around with their unlimited French fries. Burgers are all reasonably priced and my favorite is the whiskey river bbq burger. I been here for many occasions and it's always solid on the burger. I always ask for it to be well done because medium rare they make the burgers really rare and well done is just a little bit pink on the inside.

We visited Red Robin on Saturday evening. To start we were a party of 5 celebrating my son’s birthday. They proceeded to sit us at a small table that we all would not fit in. We asked to be moved to a booth where we all could fit. Once we were seated the waitress took about 15 minutes to visit the table. We gave our drink orders. My husband also ordered a beer and after then drinks arrive at the table. She came back and said that the beer was only in a bottle. And then then came back and the beer wasn’t available. So we put in our food order.. (We had two autistic kids at the table) So of course, one kid only eats mac & cheese. So we had to order him a kids mac & cheese. Food was super good! The customer service Anthony provided was top notch! I recommend this place if you are feeling like drinking a fresh lemonade and amazing burger!
