Visited December 5th..see my receipt as always. OMG...Outstanding service! I came here after a real disappointment at Panera Bread! This location is in Yuba City. I got there when they opened (11am) and was greeted by SHANNON. She was my server and also the bartender. 5 stars for her friendliness and quick service! I got the lunch special which was a nice juicy burger with steak fries. Although I could only eat alittle bit it was delicious! Under 10 bucks plus soft drink included! Because I signed up on the app I also got a free appetizer! I ordered the shrimp with chips. So good! The chips were addicting ! I have only been to RR one other time, so I am new to the restaurant. I can say the service was outstanding! We had a group of over 20 people and we were each treated like we were the only person in the restaurant! The food was out of this world! I got my burger made special and they got it done perfectly! So good, fresh and the quality of the beef was hands down the best of anywhere I've had!!!

I ordered delivery from here for the very first time, and let me tell you—I will NEVER order from any other burger place in town again after the experience my family had!!! From the moment I called with a few questions, the sweetest person answered the phone—so cheerful, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. She radiated kindness and made me feel completely at ease. The food arrived incredibly fast! We ordered the Family Burger Pack, and it was delicious. Everything came neatly packaged with all the fixins in separate containers—which my autistic son especially LOVED. I ordered through Grubhub (which has nothing to do with the food component), and it was a horrible experience! We paid over $20 for each Caesar salad (in the photo), which were subpar! We also requested “garlic fries,” and what we received were nothing of the sort! I spoke to the manager, Jeremy, and after having spent over $200, what he offered for the inconvenience wasn’t acceptable. We won’t be ordering from here again, and will have to really be desperate to dine-in.

We were a large group this time and everyone attending us was super friendly and patient with us. We ordered different things and everything was delicious! We love the onion rings and the dressings are delicious as well. We will be back soon for sure!
