Red Rocks Cafe & Tequila Bar

Went here for a work karaoke function. Decent size despite having a large group intertwined with the "regulars." Service was fast and mostly friendly. Very accommodating. Would return for another event or even date night.

One lady was serving all the tables and being bartender but she managed it very well. Large bar, few tv's, and few seating options all being wood seats. As usual we tried multiple items. Starting with their nachos with chicken and ground beef. They were good and a good start. I tried the mother mother coconut drink which reminded me of samoas girl scout cookies without chocolate, would recommend. I got chorizo and mushroom fajitas; this would have been really good mixture if it was salty but instead was in a sweet sauce. Son got a burger with avocado and now he wants to put avocado on everything. We split wings getting them grilled Cajun and mild Buffalo; it was heavy on the grill taste so next time I'll stick with regular bone-in wings. We tried crack chicken tacos: nothing memorable. Hus

This place ROCKS! Good times and REAL live music... people actually playing instruments. This is a GOOD joint! A very good niche for everything from classic rock, punk rock and metal. This is your place. You won't find places like THIS often anymore.
