Red Smoke Burger

The first thing you should know about Red Smoke Burger is that it's a ghost kitchen inside of Strizzi's. There's no signage or anything indicating where it is when you go to the address to pick up your food. That said, pick up wasn't difficult and I just showed the Strizzi's hostess my Red Smoke Burger order and they retrieved it for me. My family ordered the regular Cheeseburger, Spicy Cajun burger, and Mushroom burger. Across all of them the patties were consistent and had a nice thickness to them. You actually felt that bite and chew into a substantial patty and the nice beef flavor of it coming through. I appreciated that Red Smoke Burger seasons their patties too, and would've liked a bit more of their seasoning rub to bring out some more richness in the patty. Although the patties w
