It was like a pearl in this not-at-all busy shopping center. Received warm welcome after walking in. The staff were very friendly. The pictures on the wall make us hungry… There were two ordering kiosks, one against the wall on the right hand side and one on the counter. It took about ten minutes to receive the order. The Reddy Rippers were crispy outside and tender inside. The sweet potato fries with Reddy Sweet Glaze were delicious.

The parking lot feels a bit desolate and dark at night, but there is plenty of parking. Once you walk inside, it's a totally different vibe, huge, incredibly bright, and very clean. Ordering was a bit unconventional at first — I attempted online ordering through multiple links with no success, called in, and eventually received a text with a working ordering link.
