Redsauce American - Italian Restaurant

We visited the Redsauce Italian Restaurant on Christmas Eve. We has diner reservations and were promptly seated at our reserved table. The food quality, quantity and service was exceptional. Even though we lingered a bit longer than we should have, we never felt any pressure to leave. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of our holiday in Florida. We strongly recommend Redsauce for dining for any occasion.

Tried Redsauce for the first time with our family, and service times for a little bit slow, however, the quality of steak made up for it! Thoroughly enjoyed their appetizers as well!

Our first visit to Red Sauce will not be our last. The food was excellent and the service was as well. We were seated immediately (about 5:30pm) by Salvatore, who was the front end manager. He was very friendly and helpful.The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Our waiter Alex soon came by and explained the menu and gave us the specials. We decided to get a glass of wine (Moscato), which was good. The good wife decided to order a calamari appetizer, which she pronounced the best she'd ever had. I don't like it, so I'll take her word! I got the sausage pizza, she got a seafood plate with more calamari, shrimp, and clams. The pizza was very good..fresh sauce and tasty sausage without being too spicy. We had such an incredible dinner at Redsauce! I’m still thinking about it. We started with the garlic knots and they were unreal. Warm, soft, and perfectly buttery with just the right amount of garlic! I had the balsamic salmon and it was absolutely phenomenal. It was cooked perfectly with a beautifully balanced balsamic glaze that added so much flavor without overpowering the dish. We also ordered the pesto tortellini, the Alfredo tortellini, and the chicken Marsala, and every single dish was a standout. The pesto tortellini was amazing! The Alfredo was rich and creamy without being too heavy, and the chicken Marsala was incredibly tender with a sauce that was full of depth and flavor. I truly couldn’t recommend this place more. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations.

Redsauce is in a great location and offers awesome outdoor seating, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The bar is inviting, with good, inexpensive drinks that add to the value. The staff is super friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is decent—nothing extraordinary, but satisfying for the price.
