The best place to get the best pick me up! The environment is so friendly and welcoming. My puppies love coming here to see everyone and get a pup cup! I love to come in and get myself a mega tea. Trying their special tea of the week is always my favorite because I love switching it up. The Refresh team are some of the best people I have ever met and always look forward to coming in and chatting. They also host the cutest events, for Christmas they had santa come. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

Just had to share - as a Scotsman on business in Greenville NC, I found the ultimate stress-buster: the Blonde Monkey shake at Refresh Nutrition. Every day for a week, I treated myself to this magical concoction. It was so good, I felt the love with every sip! Seriously, it’s a hug in a cup. Be aware that this place is an herbalife shop. While they aren't allowed to advertise it (against the MLMs Guidelines) Herbalife is a predatory 'business' practice. Furthermore, the colors of the drinks are so bright so it's hard to believe there's anything natural about them.

Favorite breakfast spot in Greenville! I haven’t had a protein shake I didn’t like and their Mega Teas always make me feel good and have lots of energy throughout the day. The people and atmosphere are just as amazing! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming! Love how they have different specials every week. Allows me to try new flavors I may not usually ask for!

I'm just silly I guess but when I think of nutrition, I think of nutrient rich food, like real food. When I came in and saw nothing but fatty foods and sugary drinks I got a bad taste in my mouth. Didn't buy the food or drinks cause I felt like I'd have a tummy ache The ladies were super cute though!
