I loooove Regina Pizza! Stopped at their Medford location and the manager raises the bar in customer service. While waiting for my order, I witnessed him speak to many regular patrons, keeping up with an elderly man’s day’ events, to another family that noticed he changed his schedule ! Those are definitely the employees you want managing a crew - fabulous, gracious atmosphere - I was so impressed I asked for his name !! Yessss, my meat lovers pizza was fabulous, no pictures bc i ate it in the car on a drive to NH 😊

This is the best pizza in Boston hands down, the staff is accommodating and attentive! Order the pizza well done to get a crispier under carriage. The manager is incredible and treats his guest like family! Don’t pass up this incredible restaurant!

It's TRUE. Check the soggy pizzas!! Sometimes its good and others is awful. I had it remade after the "manager" told me it was soggy because I ordered extra cheese!😂 Yeah, okay. So the remake had less cheese and why was the middle still a mess! Gross wet bread! Also never order their buffalo tenders. My whole order was messed up, the smaller pizza as well! Chicken was rubbery and inedible and also soggy, and the breading was all falling off! What a waste of money. Called when I got home and this manager was trying to argue with me that nothing was wrong with my order that I just didnt like it! The KM denied putting the wrong sauce on the small pizza so that means I was lying! I can't eat certain sauces because of digestive issues. When I ordered I was very specific about it and they were

Horrible! We asked for extra sauce and instead we got a heap load of ricotta cheese. The chicken, absolutely disgusting. Tasted like left over freezer chicken that they reheated and slapped on our pizza. This photo was my bf in the process of scraping all the toppings off just to add our own ingredients and make a whole new pizza. Pizza was soggy and unenjoyable overall. Waste of money. And we drove a half hour just to pick it up.

CHECK your pizzas BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Got a large mushroom, onion & pepper for guests that I had over, and the pizza was all SOGGY, like the dough wasn't even cooked in the center. Onion & pepper were cut up in huge chunks, which made it worse! Could not even pick up the slices to eat OR serve. Also, a small mushroom which was pretty dry. Who's cooking these? Was a huge disappointment, to say the least! Especially for guests. Not to mention the time it took for the order to be prepared that was called in! They said 40 min but it was over one hour. Same thing just happened on a pizza with extra cheese! It was so mushy and gross looking. You can judge for yourself. Wet🤢 There are times its good, but this is unacceptable for a $23 cheese pizza.
