Reinstein Memorial Library

Very clean. The staff is superb. If they don't have the book you're looking for they will order it and you will get it on a timely basis.

Visited this library for the first time today, and it was magnificent. Plenty of great books in all genres. There's a small room in the corner with used books for sale, with proceeds to benefit library programs. Highly recommended for anyone in the Cheektowaga area.

I’ve been going to this library a while… kindest staff you’ll ever meet ❤️ they’re beyond helpful & I can’t express enough how great they are. They have a lot of events, weekly scavenger hunts for the kiddos, and a weekly craft to take home. Me and my son go at least once a week & I can’t imagine going to another library! The kids section is absolutely wonderful & they’re always getting new books. Love love love this library & the people there.

I came in to grab a movie which I special ordered. The young man that works there with the curly hair and glasses was as rude as could be. I said hi when I came in and he just stared at me. He is usually very unpleasant. After asking if my movie came in he rolled his eyes like I was bothering him. First he wanted a 4 digit number and before I could ask him what he was talking about he instead asked my last name. Since he wasn't close to me I tried to tell him the title of the movie. He got loud and asked me my last name again to the point where another worker started asking me too and people were looking at us. I said I don't know if it's under my last name or my girlfriends last name. When I told him my name he rudely said what was your name again like I was beneath him and wasn't trying
