Remington Hall

We ate at Remington Hall while staying at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley and, as Globalist, received complimentary breakfast each morning which was such a nice perk. One morning we were offered the buffet, but after taking a look we decided to go à la carte instead, and that was absolutely the right call. The food from the menu is genuinely incredible, beautifully cooked and full of flavour. That said, the drinks really let it down. The coffee and juices were pretty disappointing, and surprisingly the croissants were not great either, which felt like a miss for a hotel of this level. Overall though, the breakfast experience was still a highlight of the stay and I’d 100 percent recommend ordering from the menu rather than the buffet.

Beautiful restaurant. Gorgeous food presentation! Rolls were fantastic. I had the cauliflower, which was a shock to see an entire head of cauliflower on my plate, but it was delicious, particularly the vegan pesto. My husband had the scallops and we were both surprised by the meatiness of the trumpet mushrooms. Delectable! Service was wonderful! Thanks, Sebastian! We’ll be coming back again.

Mandar was an amazing server! We had the Buratta Caprese salad as then shared the Steak Frites and Spicy Rigatoni (not spicy at all but delicious) with TWO GIANT SHRIMP. Finished it off with a delicious skillet cookie! Good way to use your $100 property credit with Amex Travel via Fine Hotels😉

Aldo was great! Very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend the bison filet and spicy rigatoni, it was amazing!! Very impressive. Service was excellent. Highly recommend coming here for dinner.

I ordered takeout for lunch from The Lounge at Remington Hall. I got the spicy rigatoni and added grilled chicken. Service was fantastic, but the food was honestly meh and not worth price. For a spicy pasta, it was pretty mild and the grilled chicken was super bland and lacked flavor. Hopefully they step up their food game, I really enjoyed the atmosphere and would like to come back.
