Remo Restaurant Equipment

I used to love this place when they were located in Norristown – great staff, fair pricing, knowledgeable employees, and you could always negotiate a little or get decent credit for trade-ins/used equipment. Sadly, since the move, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. - Trade-in credit for used equipment is basically nonexistent now - Prices are significantly higher and completely firm – no room to negotiate at all - Staff knowledge seems much more limited than it used to be - Scheduling and service have become unreliable; appointments get rescheduled constantly It’s frustrating because this used to be my go-to spot. At this point, I’d rather just go to Restaurant Depot and avoid the headaches (and save money).

I've been buying equipment from them for almost 15 years. Whether I was looking for one small thing, or needing repairs, or help with warranties, every single person at Remo is extremely helpful and friendly. It's obvious that their attitude towards customer service is their company culture. To put it simply, they will respect and take care of you, whether you are a big spender, or just starting out. And they service equipment and sell used/ scratch and dent. Don't sleep on an awesome local company!
