Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Reserve Cut on Park Avenue sets the bar for fine dining in NYC. The ambiance is elegant and modern, the service is attentive without being intrusive, and every dish was perfectly executed. The steaks were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented — and the sushi was just as impressive. You can tell every detail, from the cocktails to the dessert, is done with care and sophistication. Perfect spot for a special night out or a business dinner. Can’t wait to come back!

Although the portions were small, the flavors were spot on. For sushi, we ordered three rolls--Volcano, Rainbow, and Tuna with Black Truffle--and every bite was absolutely delicious. Dear [Restaurant Owner / Manager], I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your restaurant on the evening of 3/8/26 When I arrived with four friends to celebrate a birthday, I discreetly gave my credit card to our waiter at the beginning of the evening and specifically asked him to make sure that I would be the one paying for the dinner. I explained that this was important to me, as the dinner was intended to be my birthday gift to my friend. The waiter assured me that he would take care of it and told me not to worry. However, when I later asked for the bill, I was told that someone else at the table had already paid. This completely defeated the purpose of the arrangement I had clearly requested when I arrived. I expected a lot more. Let's start by saying this was a huge disappointment. We tried the dumplings which were great, but to simple. Went on to a Wagyu steak, which by no means was anything special. The steak was over done, not like we asked, and if it was real Wagyu it might have been the lowest quality of Wagyu. Basically, the Wagyu in this restaurant is just a gimmick, not worth the money. We also tried the Wagyu burger- just terrible. First time it was well done, sent it back, came back fine, but the whole thing felt like it was old, and just terrible flavor.
