Very rude receiving staff — you can’t even ask a question without getting an attitude. My appointment was at 8 AM, I checked in at 7 AM, and it’s now 2 PM and I’m still not done. This is terrible for business. The main office or manager really needs to step in; they respond to bad reviews but never come out to see what’s actually happening. I will never deliver here again, and I’m telling all my drivers to avoid this place because of the unprofessional and rude employees.

This place need reserving manger like the one in Ypsilanti organized and know what he is doing and know how to talk to ppl . 3 hours on the dock and they didn’t touch the trailer and they won’t tell you how long until they gonna unload it and getting upset and have attitude if u go ask them .they gonna west ur day waiting for them to do their job They don’t care about the driver time 5 hours on the dock for half trailer what a shitty place and manger

Delivered here recently — even though I arrived right on time for my appointment, it still took five hours to get unloaded. The people working there were quite rude and not helpful at all. Definitely not a good experience for drivers. After this delivery am late for my next two drops but luckily thats guys very understanding and take the load

Im a truck her and i do take nite of reviews befire i pick up or deliver to a place andcwas actually afraid to deliver there today i had a amazing experience 7am delivery guy came right out to truck gave me door i went in once docked checked in and in no time i was unloaded will return 📌

This incident happened February 28 10am I am writing this 1 star review because of this one person at the meat department always working with the hi lo. He has been very rude to me, the past two times. I am a customer, I am buying and helping restaurant deport make money. You need to tell him to respect the customers. All industries need to respect the customers!
