Restaurant Depot

I purchased white potatoes from Restaurant Depot, but unfortunately the entire batch I received was spoiled and not usable. Most of the potatoes have visible dark spots, decay, and poor quality, making them unsuitable for sale or consumption. I have attached photos as evidence. This caused loss and inconvenience to my business. I kindly request a refund or replacement for this purchase.

Restaurant Depot in Phoenix has a good selection and decent pricing for restaurant supplies, but the shopping experience could be improved. The store felt disorganized, with pallets and products blocking the aisles, which made it hard to move around safely and efficiently. They have four registers, but only one was open during my visit, which caused a long wait at checkout. It’s a convenient place for bulk buying, but better organization and staffing would make a big difference.

The association her need to know what customers service is I’m sure most people shopping here are business owners and we all know how customers keep us going when we ask for help the make it seem like there doing us a favor. I asked for a worker to check if they have something in stock with I’m sure they do i waited and waited 40min I see him working on something else and I asked again he said he has a lot of other shit he’s working on his words not mine and he would check again goes back in and checks for a minute comes out saying the manager said we don’t have it this place used to be more affordable to buy then having items delivered to but now it’s gone to shit. Will not be coming here any longer left all my carts and walked out Costco it is

I'm a regular customer at the store in Mesa. I have my own business in the Mesa area. I come to Phoenix because I travel to other locations to stock up for my business, but my complaint is about the behavior and treatment I receive from the staff. I'm also concerned about the inventory count we have in the delivery cart. I'm a business owner, and we work for our customers, but the way they treat me and speak there is disrespectful. It's like they're herding cattle, especially one woman of medium height. The last time was even worse because she looked at me with a mocking smile. I don't think she should be working for you. I only take the time to put a review if my FIRST (and last time at this point) experience was horrible. I had first called to see if they had in stock a specific item that I needed and a lady helped out with no problem but didn't want to give me prices for some reason. It's a big hassle to have to drive to a place and know if you're comfortable with their prices or not plus gas is not cheap to be driving their and not like their prices. Since I needed a specific item and they had told me they did have it, i decided to make the drive. On my arrival I was told no children were allowed inside the store so I HAD to drive BACK and leave my children with a family member so I can purchase what I needed.
