Restaurant Depot

I am a festival food vendor, which means I travel a lot for my business and, therefore, have been to A LOT of Restaurant Depots across the country. The Tucson Restaurant Depot absolutely stood out as the friendliest Restaurant Depot I have ever visited. The staff kept checking in with us to see if we needed any help. The woman at the guest service counter apologized profusely that they did not have an item we were looking for. The manager was smiling and friendly at checkout. It was a great experience!

I don’t like 6:00 appointment because the gate opens i little after. And there is no street parking. We should overnight in the parking lot. But great people who works there.

Terrible place!!! Would not recommend!!! They wouldn't let people under 18 in no matter what. I mean, a 16 or 17 year old browsing the store (with their parents, I must add) is not the same as a 6 year old that can't handle themselves responsibly. Accidents can happen to anyone, regardless of age. Just because someone happens to be under 18, doesn't mean they deserve to be infantilized/dehumanized. 0 stars through and through.

They schedule 06:00 deliveries and don’t even open their gate at 06:00 leaving us drivers in a DANGEROUS SITUATION with thier delivery docks being directly off an exit ramp and cars flying by at 55-65mph just inches off your trailer! If you can’t open at 06:00 DONT SCHEDULE THOSE DELIVERY TIMES but the best part of this whole mess is I arrived at 05:50am at the locked gate that didn’t get unlocked an opened until 06:10 then it took another few minutes to get assigned a door and when checking in she marked me being LATE FOR MY DELIVERY AT 06:18am

I often abuse this place for my dehydrating projects. The produce is always fresh. The meat selection is huge. Workers are the best.
