Looking for the real deal in authentic Mexican food? Don't think twice. I bet Mexican Jesus is back there directing the kitchen! The tacos were so fresh and the meat perfectly seasoned; every bite was everything I wished for when I craved good, tasty, authentic tacos. I got steak and one al pastor; next time I will do half and half. The service is amazing. Come in—it's an experience. This is my second time; I'm addicted.

I’m a Birria Tacos aficionado..and have to admit these are the best ones I’ve tried so far. The Tripe and Chicharrón tacos…were quite good as well. If you can…visit them..they will not disappoint. Ah..and did I mention that is a locally Minority owned biz?

I’m a gringo who can’t speak Spanish and I look for authentic food when I travel I don’t want to eat at the chain restaurants. This place was great I had breakfast and also two chicken tamales and it was fantastic!! I highly recommend. Coffee was also delicious!!

Not only was the food bland and tasteless, it's mediocre and expensive. That's not the worst of it all, we were forced to pay for a drink that it was not consumed cause it tasted horrible. Their reasoning? Because since the drink had been tasted so it means it can't be sold to someone else. That's a MAJOR health violation. If they intended to re-serve a drink that I ordered, that is a health violation and trash standards. Can't even imagine what goes on in that kitchen... just disrespectful and plain disgusting.

Best tacos on that Andrews Ave strip. I’ve been to all of the rest, and these are legit, Mexican street tacos. The food and atmosphere is very authentic. We tried the lengua, tripe, carnitas, pastor, asada and campeche tacos. All of them fantastic. The guac was fresh and made to order. I asked for some extra kick to my salsa, and she brought out a delicious salsa Roja with a great level of spice and flavor. We’ve been trying to go here for a while and managed to be able to get in there for some time and ended up at Tacos El Papi and Quates across the street instead. Chonitas is the best, and the real deal. New go to spot for authentic tacos and Mexican food. I would know, I’m the south Florida taco eating champ.
