4 restrooms and never opened. Or, they are But no hand-wash or paper? City of Richmond gets bad remarks because of this. They put up portables and lock em up. Because they don't want to clean them up. I'm disabled and a resident of Richmond. It's a violation of "Americans with disabilities " and my rights as a tax payer. I need them opened and available. Not just for the weekends like your employee tried to say as he went back and unlocked the disabled toilet. This after he locked all four? We the people are in charge, not this guy!.
