I knocked off two stars because there isn’t handicap parking, just a few metered street parking spots which can fill up very quickly. This can be a big challenge in tourist areas, so it’s important. But the bathroom itself is accessible. With a handicap placard or plates in California you can park in street metered parking for free, if you can find a spot. Otherwise your best bet is to go up to the bathrooms outside Lighthouse State Beach, which is less than a mile up Cliff Drive, but it's not always unlocked, even after the posted hours. As for this bathroom, it's good enough. Depending on the time of day it’s not always well stocked, so I always bring my own soap and toilet paper. But it’s definitely clean enough, given that it’s a busy tourist area.

This place is a shower & restroom. After swimming, It is a good place where you can take a simple shower.
