Customer Reviews
It is a small restaurant near Fountain Square. They offer a simple menu featuring hamburgers, tacos, and nachos. The tacos are expensive, and they only give you two tacos. However, they served us two burned tacos. We ordered a margarita and Sprite. The Sprite tasted like water. The margarita was the worst alcoholic drink I have ever tasted. Also, the nachos were not good, the meat was cold, and the beans tasted terrible. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, consider visiting one of the other two Mexican restaurants in the area.
Nice relaxed atmosphere with dimmed lights in the tiki bar! 🍹Good prices for the specialty drinks and their size. Nachos and chips and salsa were good, but the quesadilla could use more ingredients.
Hadn’t been to revolucion in a few years, so decided to go this past week. The place was exactly as I remembered it. There’s a tiki bar in the back, if that’s what you like. The tacos were decent, but the fries there are really good and that’s what I remembered. The drinks were also good; they could be a little better.
Was excited to come here after seeing the reviews and photos, but the reality didn't quite live up to the expectations. In general, you could think of this as a mix between a tiki bar and a Qdoba. The food is good, but not very creative. Again, think Qdoba, but with hard to imagine higher prices. The service was pretty good. They actually did a good job of pretending they were happy to be there. Was kinda bummed, though, as I think I got charged for a beer that was requested, but never served. In all, a bit spendy, but I wouldn't be mad about going back.
This bar may have the friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered! Ample seating inside if there’s none on the patio. The drinks were incredible. Food was quite delicious- we both ordered burritos (could’ve ordered just one- they were huge!) and shared poutine. Only critique there is the fries could’ve been cooked longer and the burritos needed some sort of sauce… didn’t realize until too late they had some sauces out on other tables - we will know to look for next time. With this being our first time ever in the area, the parking was a bit of a hassle just because I didn’t expect to have to drive around for 10 minutes finding somewhere to park….and parallel parking isn’t something I’m great at :-) We had a lovely walk to and from the restaurant though and enjoyed seeing the other food and dr
