Rhea's has been on my radar since I moved to this area 10 years ago. I took my son's here before we went out to look at Christmas lights around the area. I came in with high expectations. At 1st glance as I pulled up I was not impressed. The outside was very drab. Not to judge a book by it's cover we still went in highly anticipating the "Best Burger in Roswell." I order the cheese burger for 1 of my boys and a hot dog with cheese for the other. I grabbed the classic hamburger with bacon (added) and an order of fries. The fries were disappointing. Fresh, but overall tasteless. Not even a double dose of salt cld help to revive the flavor. The hot dog was really good (according to my son). I’ve lived in Georgia since 1999 and went to Roswell High, so I’ve known Rhea’s since the early days. The original Rhea’s near downtown Roswell was the burger spot back in the day, then the second location opened near the high school, and now Rhea’s II off Highway 9 is the one that’s stood the test of time. The other two may be gone, but this one’s still going strong — and I’m so glad it is. My buddy @Motovlogic told me they’ve got the best BLT, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by something so simple. But wow... this BLT is perfection. The brioche bread is perfectly toasted with butter, giving it just the right crisp without being hard. The bacon is flavorful and perfectly cooked, the lettuce set up is perfect and not watery, the tomatoes are just the right thickness, and

Rhea's is a local legend! Sadly this is last remaining location...but if you want one of the best burgers in Georgia you'll need to head here and get a Jimmy Rhea's special. Just like it comes. Don't take anything off or add anything unless it's a to make it a double. These burgers are served on warm buttered Texas toast. This is where the locals in the know come. Excellent burgers. Excellent fries. Excellent cokes. Excellent service. Excellent price. This isn't a fine dining establishment, it's a burger place, so act accordingly.

I am so happy with the service and food. The menu is precise, the location is clean and it suits a lunch crowd. I’m vegetarian, so I had the grill cheese and onion rings, but my group enjoyed the Rheas Special which is a smash burger. The bread is toasted so golden with butter and the fries and onion rings were large cuts. It’s a no frills place with great food and service!

Very good burger and fries! It’s been years since I ate at Rhea’s and this appears to be the last one. It’s a solid burger joint with freshly cooked food that tastes exactly like you want it to. The fries and onion rings were crisp. The burgers were a little greasy but still very good. The place is definitely starting to show its age but still a solid pick.
