I was planning a taste competition between Dad’s Best Filipino and here - - but it looks like Dad’s Best is closed (we drove by & it’s a burger place now). Point to consider - - she cooks it from scratch . . . So it could be a wait . . . And there’s only one cook. Plenty of outdoor seating under a covered structure. Parking could be messy, though. Chicken Adobo - solid (a bit more soy sauce & vinegar would be nice, but I love vinegar) & I like the choice of wings. Cooked perfectly because the meat wasn’t falling off the wings. Sticks - both were really nice Lechon Kawali - very good (maybe a touch of salt - - maybe?) Lumpia - good Chicken Pancit - yummy Turon - wrapped banana . . . I liked it (sorry, no picture) All in a very good meal. I would give it a 4.5 ⭐️’s out of 5. The meal
We ordered through doordash, I was excited to try something new, there arent many filipino restaurants near by so we looked forward to trying this place out. The food is very fresh, and it was hot when it got to us. Everything was delicious, we got the pancit, lumpia, bbq pork skewers, and the turon. I cant express it enough, the food was very good. They made it with love. The portions were good too, I was able to save some for later.
Food was great I love the service was given multiple dishes to eat and try after ordering the hospitality is great the food is so good 100% worth it
My wife found this online and wanted some food from home so I picked it up for lunch. We both liked it and will eat there again. We had pancit, beef skewers and lumpia. My wife said it looked small but then she was full when we were done so I think the portions were right, it’s a smaller container then a styrofoam box but it also doesn’t have any dividers taking up space.
I feel bad saying this but I was excited to try the food..service was great, but the food i ordered pork skewers with pancit the rolls were delicious I ate both but I took a bite of the pork skewers and it tasted like it was warmed up from another day..verry gamy like..the pancit was ok..I only ended up eating the rolls and had to throw away a the rest I was upset because I hate food to be thrown away especially when I payed 15 dollars for a plate...
