Rib Country BBQ (Blairsville, GA)

Now this is another corner of America with absolutely amazing bbq and many many other goodies… like beach and blackberry cobbler… just to many things to try in one sitting!!! Thank you Rib Country… and 1$ wings on Wednesday!! Something else!! It was so good we ate almost everything bf taking pics!! Well I told you we’d be back again!! This time I tried the brisket (less marbled) and ribs dry w bbq on the side… and THIS is what really made it amazing for me … see more acceptable pics as we held back before digging in!!! We need a Rib Country in West Palm Beach!! Guaranteed to be a BIG hit!! Maybe a franchise? Well there I go dreaming again…. But great job to all .. Casey did a great job today.. happy new year 2026 is starting in a wonderful way!!! Landon took care of us today!! Great job!!!

Problem; I have eaten here before and the bbq was spot on, I just ate there for a second and and the place highly underperformed, food-wise. The place is BBQ-esque as it gets the service is friendly and nice, I had the brisket and it was kind of dry (do not get the lean). The beans were tangy, the salad had tons of cheese, like imagine your at Olive Garden doing one of those challenges to see how much parmesan the server will heft onto ones plate, that but with shredded cheese. Overall the food was warmish at best. ... because the food was so good the first time I will try again, maybe at a different time if day.

The essence of a good, family owned restaurant with friendly staff, good food and a great atmosphere! We got the country feast and it absolutely lives up to the name! And if you can fit it in, the peach cobbler was phenomenal and was perfect to share between 4! Thank you Diane for the suggestion and quick service! 10/10 will definitely come back again!

I love both locations but not to blairsville in a few years. We did the feast and took half of it home. We will be back.

This is by far the best rib county I have been to. The restaurant itself was so cute and love how the restroom was decorated. The service was Great she cut up with us and made sure we had everything we need and was very attentive to us. Food was probably the best food I've had any rib country when most definitely recommend anyone coming to this rib country.
